How to edit an approved post

Editing or change your approved post

To edit a post you have already approved, go to your main dashboard and click the scheduled posts button at the top of the page.

Here you will see all posts you have approved and that are ready to go at their selected date and time.

To edit any of these, simply click on the edit post button. This will allow you to edit the details of the post, or the time on that date the post is going.

Note that a date cannot be changed on an approved post. You will need to delete this post (any changed will be lost), and then go to your schedule, click on the post, then click on edit in the right hand preview pane.

If you have scheduled a post but decided you are not happy with the content, say you have chosen a client testimonial from your testimonial library, but now want to post a different testimonial on that day, or you have chosen a quote from our library, but want to choose a different quote.

Locate the post you want to change (main dashboard - scheduled posts) you'll see a delete icon at the top right of your post (Note this will delete all content from this post, any changes will be lost).

Once deleted, the post will re-appear in your 'posts to be approved' tab so that you can select a different post of this type.
